Her Excellency Ambassador Rula Almhaissen participated in a panel discussion organized by the Faith and Solidarity Organization of the Social Democratic Party under the title “Palestine and Peace”, with the participation of Ms. Sarah Kukka-Salam, the head of the organization, and Member of Parliament Linnea Wickman. The discussion revolved around the escalation of the Israeli occupying power’s violations and crimes committed against the Palestinian people, the position of the international community and the European Union in particular, and the role which can be played by the international community to end the occupation.
