بناءً على طلب سفارة دولة فلسطين، اجتمعت السفيرة الفلسطينية رولا المحيسن اليوم 28 فبراير/شباط 2024 مع رئيس مجلس مدينة ستوكهولم السيد أوللي بوريل في مقر بلدية العاصمة Stockholms Stad. وجرى الحديث حول الإبادة الجماعية التي ترتكبها قوات الإحتلال الإسرائيلي في غزة، وحجم الكارثة الإنسانية التي يعاني منها الشعب الفلسطيني؛ خاصة من مجاعة ونقص الأدوية والتهديد المتكرر بإجتياح مدينة رفح.

On February 28, 2024, and at the request of the Embassy of the State of Palestine, Palestinian Ambassador Rula Almhaissen met with the President of the Stockholm City Council, Mr. Olle Burell, at Stockholm City Hall. Discussions revolved around the genocide committed by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza, and the humanitarian crisis affecting the Palestinian people, particularly the issues of famine, medicine shortages, and the recurring threat of invading Rafah. Additionally, various topics of mutual interest were explored with the aim of enhancing Palestinian-Swedish bilateral relations.
