Ambassador Rula Almhaissen had the honor of delivering a speech at the conference of the “Faith and Solidarity” organization, affiliated with the Social Democratic Party, which was held in Stockholm on Sunday, September 01, 2024. The speech addressed the developments of the humanitarian catastrophe resulting from the ongoing Israeli occupation’s acts of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the escalation of its crimes against humanity and international law in the West Bank. She also discussed international efforts on various aspects of the Palestinian cause, commending the supportive positions of the Social Democratic Party and calling for increased efforts to achieve an immediate ceasefire and an end to the Israeli occupation.
