في ظل استعداد مملكة السويد لإجراء انتخابات في البرلمان السويدي “الريكسداغ” وفي البلديات والمحافظات في 11 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2022، تلتقي السفيرة رولا المحيسن بنخبة من المرشحين من أصول فلسطينية من المشاركين في الانتخابات كممثلين للأحزاب السويدية المختلفة.
تهدف هذه اللقاءات إلى التعرف على البرامج الإنتخابية للمرشحين ومناقشة سبل تعزيز حضور القضية الفلسطينية في المشهد السياسي والبرلماني بشكلٍ دائم بما يخدم العلاقة بين البلدين

As the Kingdom of Sweden prepares to hold parliamentary, regional and municipal elections on 11 September 2022, Ambassador Rula Al Mhaissen meets with a number of candidates of Palestinian origin, who are representatives of various Swedish parties.
These meetings aim to identify the electoral programs of the candidates and discuss ways to enhance the presence of the Palestinian cause on the political and parliamentary scene permanently so as to serve the relationship between the two countries.
